I. Overview of Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System
The Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the national standard GB 51348-2019 "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings," achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes functions for the distribution, conversion, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as monitoring, metering, control, and protection of controlled equipment. It also features human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication capabilities. The system interconnects building equipment control systems via networks to form a comprehensive integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

G.I-K Technical Parameters for Energy-Saving Controller of Feed Water Pump
Dedicated integrated controller, rail-mounted installation, external energy efficiency monitoring module and three-phase mutual inductor, motor drive device and three-phase integrated mutual inductor. Equipped with functions such as intelligent power distribution, smart control of hot water pumps, energy efficiency optimization, and device self-check. It works in coordination with the KB0 control and protection switch inside the distribution box, enabling the distribution box to have comprehensive mechatronic integration functions including phase loss, phase break, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, short circuit, leakage, and three-phase imbalance protection. Communication interfaces include both RS485 and LAN, and it can serve as a protocol gateway for integrated open access to communication terminals near the electrical control terminal. The distribution box door comes with a built-in high-definition touch screen; it features an integrated anti-counterfeiting QR code, supporting QR code scanning to monitor the device's full lifecycle status.
